C-24.2, r. 4 - Ministerial Order concerning the approval of weigh scales
Section 1
Disposition versions
1. The Minister of Transport approves the following devices:
(1) (paragraph revoked);
(1.1) double-platform weigh scales listed in Schedule I.1;
(2) long-platform weigh scales listed in Schedule II;
(3) multiple-platform weigh scales listed in Schedule III;
(4) wheel-load scales listed in Schedule IV;
(5) the wheel-load weigh scales listed in Schedule V.
The Minister of Transport also approves the weigh scales that may be used for the commercial weighing of trucks in conformity with a certificate issued by the Minister of Industry under the Weights and Measures Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. W-6).
